BUILDING FOR
THE FUTURE

OUR STORY

In 2014, Pastors Jeremy and Amee answered God’s call and moved from Western New York to Westchester County. With faith in their hearts and a vision for a life-giving church in the NYC area, they launched Redemption at the AMC theater in Port Chester. What started as a small team quickly grew, and as we reached more people and moved into larger spaces, God continued to build His church.

Then came 2020. The pandemic turned the world upside down. But in a season of disruption, our mission remained unchanged. We broadcasted online, served those in need, and gave generously to first responders and struggling families. We learned that in dark times, the light of the Church only shines brighter!
In 2021, God provided our first permanent location at 181 Westchester Avenue. We transformed a warehouse loft into a place of worship, community, and redemption. Since then, our church has grown exponentially—reaching people across Westchester, The Bronx, Rockland, and Connecticut.

Now, we’re outgrowing our current space.

Three services approaching capacity and a growing church family have made it clear: we need more room to welcome more people. We believe the time has come to take a bold step forward—to pursue a permanent facility that will serve as a new home for our church and a launchpad for greater impact.
We are launching a new giving initiative Building for the Future with the goal of raising $2 million over the next two years. These funds, along with existing church savings, will be used for a down payment and necessary renovations on our next facility—whether that be a purchase or long-term lease. While our two-year financial goal is $2 million, the anticipated total project cost is approximately $6 million.

This campaign represents a strategic first step toward that larger vision—positioning us to respond when God opens the door for our future church home. By taking this step together in faith, we begin laying the foundation now for what’s to come. As we begin this journey, we are praying and believing for an initial kickstart offering of $200,000 on Commitment Weekend. These first fruits would enable us to be ready for immediate opportunities—such as a down payment, legal and architectural fees, or initial costs tied to securing our future home. This offering would be a powerful act of faith, demonstrating our collective readiness to move forward when the right door open
